Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The renter must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. The renter must also have a major credit card in their name to use for payment.
Reservation: All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to hold the reservation. Changes to the reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the rental start time.
Payment: The rental fee, as well as any additional charges such as insurance or fuel, must be paid in full at the time of rental. A security deposit may also be required.
Insurance: All vehicles are covered by third-party liability insurance. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased at the time of rental.
Vehicle use: The rental vehicle may only be driven by the renter or authorized additional drivers. The vehicle may only be used for lawful purposes and must be driven in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.
Vehicle return: The rental vehicle must be returned on or before the specified return time. Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional charges. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, with a full tank of gas.
Damages and accidents: The renter is responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle, regardless of fault. In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify the car rental company and file a police report.
Prohibited activities: Smoking, pets, and off-road driving are prohibited in the rental vehicle. Violation of these policies may result in additional charges.
Termination of rental: The car rental company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the renter violates any of the terms and conditions.
Indemnification: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the car rental company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the rental vehicle.
Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental takes place.
Entire agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the renter and the car rental company and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
